How do I get in touch with a human?

You can simply call us on the phone Monday thru Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern time.


How long will it take for my order to ship?

We'll need 1-3 business days to gather the goods, pack 'em up and get 'em out the door. Oftentimes, if we receive your order on a Monday thru Friday morning (until 7:30am), we can get it out the same day. Although due to stock levels, same day shipping is not always guaranteed.


What type of Shipping services are available?

We ship General orders by Fedex, Accessory orders by USPS and Fedex.

Available shipping services are FedEx Ground (Free), USPS First Class Mail (Free),  and Fedex 2 days shipment

(additional fee).


How about returns?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll arrange for a replacement or a refund.

If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it with free returns.

The time frame for us to accept a return or replacement is 30 days.

The returned item must be packed using the original packing.


I have a PO Box. Can you get me my goods?

We offer USPS for Accessory Shipment  which we can ship to PO Box addresses.

Unfortunately, we are not offering PO Box address delivery for any other shipment at this time.


What are the deliverable destinations?

We only offer shipping to 48 continental states in the US. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii or other US territory islands.


What does refurbished product mean?

The refurbished products that we sell are like new with no cosmetic imperfections, or gently used with slight cosmetic imperfections. All products function as good as new!


What is the difference between A and B grade?

A grade : Like new.

B grade : Gently used, slight cosmetic imperfection.

Functioning as good as new.
